EZ-Deposit provides free tech support for up to 30 days.  If you require additional assistance after the 30 days it will be $50/hour.  Paid support services such as: upgrading to a new operating system, restoring data from a crashed computer, or a networking issue can typically be resolved within the hour of a paid service.

After reviewing the technical support e-mail, you will receive an e-mail with an estimate on time to resolve the problem as well as request for payment.
