How To Create An Account:
There are two places to create an account: The Menu Bar or from the Large Select Account Button
Menu Bar
Select Maintenance - Accounts
Select Account Button
To create new account select the yellow plus symbol to the right of the account drop down.
Either method will bring up the Add Account Information Form
Hints on setting up an account:
Use the Optional Account Name to help identify or specify the account.
Using the example above Benny Franklin has three accounts: checking, savings, and money market. By specifying the type of account using the optional account field, all references to Benny Franklin will appear with the optional account name in parenthesis. For example:
Benny Franklin (Checking)
Benny Franklin (Savings)
Benny Franklin (Money Market)

Account Limitations
1. Account and Optional Account names cannot exceed 50 characters.
2. Account Name plus Optional Account Name must be unique.
How To Edit An Account:
Go to the menu bar, select Maintenance - Accounts. Select the account that you want to edit. Select Edit from the menu bar.
Note: The account number and financial institution can not be edited once an account has been created. If you made an error with the account number or selected the wrong bank, you will need to delete the account and re-create it by selecting Maintenance-Accounts-Delete.
How To Delete An Account:
Go to the menu bar, select Maintenance - Accounts. Select the account that you want to delete. Select Delete from the menu bar. If this option is dimmed you must first select File - Clear All from the menu bar.
