Edit Other Name (Optional Payee), Memo and Misc lists

Maintenance - Edit Other Payee, Memorandum and Misc tables/lists

To edit the Payee list select Maintenance-Payees

You can add, delete or edit the following 3 check detail fields: Optional payee, Memorandum and misc (miscellaneous).

To edit any of these fields you can either delete the item and re-enter it in this edit screen or open an existing deposit and edit the name/field there.

Any additions, deletions to these fields will not affect existing deposits. If you edit a field by opening up an existing deposit, this change will not affect other deposits. For example you were in a hurry and created/saved a deposit with Dovid Cohen instead of David Cohen. You should re-open the existing deposit transaction and change Dovid to David and save. To delete Dovid Cohen use this edit screen.
