Business Types
EZ-DepositSlip was designed for all business types and organizations. During the initial installation of EZ-DepositSlip you were required to select a business type. The default business type is "General".
Currently there are 9 business types as shown below. The choice of business type is only for onscreen display. You can change the business type anytime even when making a deposit. This is especially helpful making a deposit with different types of checks in the same account. For example you receive rent checks (Real Estate/tenants) and consulting checks (Consultant/client) you can change business types with your deposit screen open to more accurately enter your payee information.
EZ-DepositSlip allows the user to customize fields to their business type. We welcome your suggestions for additional business types.
How to Select/Switch a Business Type
Go to the menu bar, select Preference and click on Primary Business Types. Highlight and click your business type.
